We have excellent news to share with you. As part of the USAID regional project on water resources and the environment, the NBT team, in collaboration with the teaching staff of NRU “TIIAME”, published a “Methodology for conducting an environmental impact assessment of water management facilities”, and also received an “Implementation Act”.
We want to inform you that this methodology is intended for undergraduate and graduate students, experts of the State Environmental Expertise at the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan, developers in preparing EIA projects for water management facilities, and this methodology also formed the basis for developing a course plan for the subject “EIA in water management”.
